The theory says "Viper and her team must've thought of trying to revolutionize and upgrade humanity starting with Reyna's sister. Viper had no choice and had to experiment on someone, and she chose Reyna's sister without knowing she's related to Reyna. With Reyna being radiant too, her sister would make for a good case study to see if the powers can be transferred or manipulated. The fan theory also indicates that Viper had been experimenting on more "radiant" humans - people that have powers, showcased in-game. Reyna's voice line "For you, Hermanita" (Spanish for Sister) and a player card named "Revenge for Life" suggest that she is placed in VALORANT to avenge the death of her sister. The theory also insinuates that this was a result of Sage's failed efforts to help Viper revive Omen. With this in mind, there is clear tension through in-game characters Viper and Sage, indicating a form of dislike between the two. but now, now I am strong enough for us all!", it appears that her healing powers were not strong enough to save Omen, despite the attempts.

Devoted players have now concocted some rather strong theories about some of the main agents, including one that suggests Viper is behind the death of Reyna’s little sister. VALORANT's agents have yet to receive an intricate storyline, such as its cousin LoL, although snippets have been whispered to the deeper side of the fan base.
